Banfi is a photographer and video artist based in Venice (Italy), now studying Visual Arts at the IUAV University. His research focuses mostly on the possible connections between photography and cinema, but also on experimental photography and found footage. Banfi is co-founder of small artistic collective Av-Netwerk which started in 2008 and whose members live and operate in different cities around Europe.
