Kako postati deo Videomedeja Video Art Biblioteke

Umetnici koji nisu učestvovali u festivalskom programu takođe mogu postati deo Videomedeja VAL (Video Art Biblioteke) ali je neophodno da doniraju minimalni iznos od 10 eura na PayPal račun Videomedeje (office@videomedeja.org) ili uplatom na račun Udruženja za video umetnost Videomedeja kod Erste banke, Novi Sad: 340-11011185-16. Uplatom donacije automatski prihvatate ovaj DONATORSKI SPORAZUM.

Radovi koji sadrže uvredljive ili agresivne poruke ili sadržaj, neće moći da budu objavljeni na Videomedeja platformama i budu deo Videomedeja VAL a novac neće biti vraćen aplikantu.

Za umetnike koji su učestvovali u programu Festivala Videomedeja prijava na Video Art Biblioteku je potpuno besplatna. Ukoliko niste dali dozvolu za online video preview u Prijavi prilikom prijavljivanja na Festival, a u međuvremenu se situacija promenila i želite da budete deo ove Biblioteke možete potpuno besplatno poslati ovaj formular i vaš rad će postati deo Videomedeja VAL.

AGREEMENT

to broadcast on Videomedeja online platforms and public online Video Art Library

 

Conditions of AGREEMENT:

  • I agree that the rights under this AGREEMENT are ceded free of charge.
  • I agree that this work will remain in the Festival archive.
  • I give permission for publishing of full work on Videomedeja public online platforms named Video Art Library, which will be marked with watermark, for example VIDEOMEDEJA LIBRARY – FOR PREVIEW PURPOSES ONLY.
  • AGREEMENT is given without time limit and restrictions on place or number of broadcasting.
  • I confirm that I am the exclusive copyright and related right holder of work I conceded to Videomedeja.
  • The Producer/Grantor declares that it will provide Videomedeja with all necessary protection against any legal harassment by the copyright, related right or any third party right holders, in connection with the use of the rights conceded by this AGREEMENT, and that it will directly regulate any third party requests, and that will recover all damages to Videomedeja arising from any third party claims.
  • I confirm that the given information is correct and by submitting this form I accept this Conditions of AGREEMENT.

 

As a Producer/Grantor, I give permission to broadcast on Videomedeja online platforms for the following work:

The identity number is printed on all of your national identification documents, such as your ID-card, passport, residents permit etc. It is usually either next to or below your name or your birth date. Look for a number with 11 digits containing your birthday in a year-month-date or date-month-year format.
