Sylvia Winkler (*1969 / Austria) and Stephan Koeperl (*1966 / Germany). Since the beginning of their cooperation in 1997 their artistic work focusses on site- and situation specific interventions in the urban fabric of cities around the globe.

A critical approach towards the International Criminal Court for the former Yugoslavia. During a bicycle tour to The Hague we sing a song whose lyrics are based on our research about the development and the pros/cons of this institution. Melody and setting are inspired by the movie “Ko to tamo peva”.
