Shezad Dawood (b. 1974, London) is renowned for his innovative exploration of digital realms and pioneering use of virtual reality. His practice deconstructs systems of image, language, site and often involves collaboration and knowledge exchange, mapping across geographic borders and communities.

The first episode in a VR trilogy building on Dawood’s film cycle Leviathan. The work imagines what the oceans might look like 150, 300 & 500 years into the future after an environmental apocalypse.
