Set in a bathroom, “A Poetic of Space” is an immersive, site-specific art installation and guided meditation leading one participant at a time through a narrative on our relationship to our homes—the marks we leave on them, the marks they leave on us, and how we choose to use these impressions.
Emerson Voss uses music and field recordings, video and lighting, performance and narrative, as well as site-specificity and audience interactivity to plunder small ordinary moments’ emotional depths, expose their intimacies, and elevate their meanings in our lives. He is based in Pittsburgh USA.
