Lawrence Mesich’s media work explores the political and social ramifications of intersections between bodies, the built environment, and human behavior. He designs performances for video that reify and embody sets of behaviors in order to explore their relationship to the situations and environments they occur in. His work has appeared in exhibitions and screenings throughout the US and abroad. Lawrence lives and works in Brooklyn, NY and Queens, NY, respectively.
