Stevan Novaković, born in Belgrade 1953. Studied history of art at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. Multi / media artist employed as bookkeeper at the Firm of nuclear waste. Contaminated the space at numerous exhibitions.. Member of NULUS and fisherman’s society MEDUZA in Istria.

PARATEHNE is a discipline of modulation or deconstruction the sound on a fossilized record player by a chronically repetition and radical changed speed / as a vinyl skipping away / witch explores a relations among the worn out forms of sensibility, with special emphasis on corrupting th stereotypes. The sound keep company with pictures of Lokators / installations realized as playing the records on concentric circles of street shacks. This video is made by using mostly analog technology of the middle age’s except the polishing and the most important digital process  of transmutation.
