Film “Fat Tuesday”, shot with Lomography cameras, is an illustration of three carnivals taking place in different parts of Serbia. Film is trying to find balance between established ritual dynamics and random whimsies of those taking part in it, all the while raising questions about our relation to culture, tradition, nature and society.

Aleksandrija Ajduković was born on October 11, 1975 in Osijek. She graduated from the Academy of Arts “BK” in Belgrade in 2004, Department of Photography, in the class of Milan Aleksic. Since 2005 he has been a member of ULUSA and since 2006 he has been a freelance artist.
