How to become a part of Videomedeja Video Art Library

Artists who did not participate in the festival program can also become part of the Videomedeja VAL (Video Art Library) but it is necessary to donate a minimum amount of 10 euros to the PayPal account of Videomedeja (office@videomedeja.org) or by bank transfer to the account of the Video Art Association Videomedeja at Erste Bank by following this Instructions for payment. By making a donation, you automatically accept this DONOR AGREEMENT.

The works that contain any kind of offensive or aggressive message/content will not be published on Videomedeja platforms and will not be part of Videomedeja VAL and the money will not be returned to the applicant.

For artists who participated in the program of the Videomedeja Festival, registration for the Video Art Library is completely free of charge. If you have not given us permission for an online video preview for full video when submitting Entry Form, and in the meantime the situation has changed and they want to be part of this Library, you can still send this form completely free of charge and your work will become part of the Videomedeja VAL.

AGREEMENT

to broadcast on Videomedeja online platforms and public online Video Art Library

 

Conditions of AGREEMENT:

  • I agree that the rights under this AGREEMENT are ceded free of charge.
  • I agree that this work will remain in the Festival archive.
  • I give permission for publishing of full work on Videomedeja public online platforms named Video Art Library, which will be marked with watermark, for example VIDEOMEDEJA LIBRARY – FOR PREVIEW PURPOSES ONLY.
  • AGREEMENT is given without time limit and restrictions on place or number of broadcasting.
  • I confirm that I am the exclusive copyright and related right holder of work I conceded to Videomedeja.
  • The Producer/Grantor declares that it will provide Videomedeja with all necessary protection against any legal harassment by the copyright, related right or any third party right holders, in connection with the use of the rights conceded by this AGREEMENT, and that it will directly regulate any third party requests, and that will recover all damages to Videomedeja arising from any third party claims.
  • I confirm that the given information is correct and by submitting this form I accept this Conditions of AGREEMENT.

 

As a Producer/Grantor, I give permission to broadcast on Videomedeja online platforms for the following work:

The identity number is printed on all of your national identification documents, such as your ID-card, passport, residents permit etc. It is usually either next to or below your name or your birth date. Look for a number with 11 digits containing your birthday in a year-month-date or date-month-year format.
